Frequently asked questions
Do you charge for an estimate?
Estimates are completely free — the technician comes out, looks at the tree, and gives you the exact price before any work.
How much to remove / trim a tree?
It really depends on the size of the tree, how close it is to the house and wires, and the access, so the technician looks at it on site and gives you the exact price up front — the estimate is free.
A tree / branch fell — can you come now?
I'm so sorry — let's get you help fast. If anything landed on a power line or anyone is hurt, call 911 or your utility first; otherwise stay clear of it and I'll get an emergency crew headed your way.
How soon can you come / same day?
We do same-day and emergency response — I'll get a crew scheduled as quickly as possible, and for anything urgent we'll prioritize you.
A tree is touching a power line
Please stay far back and don't touch the tree or the line — call your power company or 911 to report it right away. Once the line's made safe we'll coordinate the tree work.
Is my leaning / dead tree going to fall?
I understand the worry — our technician will assess it in person and tell you honestly what he sees, since that's not something to guess at over the phone. The estimate is free.
Do you grind stumps?
Yes, we grind and remove stumps — the technician will check the size and give you the exact price.
Do you clean up / haul away the wood and brush?
Yes, we clean up and haul away the wood and brush, or chip it on site — the technician will go over what you'd like done.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — we're insured for tree work, which really matters given the risk, and the office can provide proof of insurance when you'd like.
Do you do storm damage cleanup?
Absolutely — storm cleanup and emergency tree removal are a big part of what we do, and we'll get out to you as fast as we can.
Do you trim / prune to keep a tree healthy?
Yes, we do trimming and pruning to keep trees healthy and safe, and the technician can recommend the right approach for your trees.
Can you plant trees or clear land?
Yes, we do tree planting and land or lot clearing — just let us know the scope and we'll set up a free look.
Do you do commercial / HOA properties?
Yes, we handle commercial, HOA, and residential tree work.
Do you offer financing?
That's a good question — let me have the office confirm the current payment options and we'll go over them with you.
Do you service my area?
We're local and cover your area — I'll grab your details and get a crew set up to come take a look.
⚠️ Safety first
- Tree or limb touching, near, or fallen on a power line: Please stay far back and keep everyone away — never touch the tree or the line, because the ground and the tree can be electrified. Call your power company or 911 to report it right now, and we'll coordinate once the line is safe. Do not try to move anything yourself.
- Tree leaning on the house or actively falling / cracking: Please get everyone out of that part of the house and yard and stay clear — if you hear cracking or it's moving, treat it like it could come down. Call 911 if anyone's in danger, and we'll get an emergency crew headed your way.
- Large limb hanging overhead ready to drop: Please keep people and cars out from under it and rope off the area if you can do so safely from a distance, and we'll get a crew out to take it down safely.
- Someone is hurt or trapped by a fallen tree: Please call 911 right away — getting people help comes first, and we'll get an emergency crew out for the tree.
