- Plaster ceiling sagging, bulging, or dropping pieces: Please keep everyone out of that room and don't stand under it — a plaster ceiling is heavy and can come down. Leave it be and we'll get a crew out to check it safely.
- Active water leak soaking the plaster: If water is still coming in, try to catch it and, if it's near lights or outlets, shut that circuit off at the breaker to be safe. Keep out from under any sagging area and we'll get someone out.
- Worry about lead paint or asbestos in old plaster: Please don't sand, scrape, or break into it yourself, since old plaster can contain harmful materials — leave it undisturbed and our crew is set up to handle those surfaces safely.
