Do you charge for an estimate?
Estimates are free — the installer looks at your space and what you want, and gives you the exact price up front before any work.
How much to mount a TV / set up a theater?
It depends on the mounting, the wiring, and how much gear is involved, so we take a look and give you the exact price for free — it's not something we can pin down over the phone.
How soon can you come?
We can usually get out pretty quickly, and we'll give you a time right then — let's get you on the schedule.
Can you hide the wires in the wall?
Yes — hiding the wires cleanly inside the wall is one of the most popular things we do, and the installer will show you the options.
Do you mount TVs over a fireplace or on brick?
We do — over fireplaces, on brick, stone, or drywall. The installer will make sure it's anchored solid and safe, and give you the price first.
Do you install projectors and screens?
Absolutely — projectors and screens are a big part of what we do, and we can help you pick the right size for your room if you need it.
Do you do surround sound / in-wall speakers?
Yes — surround sound, in-wall and in-ceiling speakers, all placed and set up so it sounds right for your space.
My system stopped working / no picture or sound
We can help with that — the installer will get to the bottom of it, get everything working again, and go over the price before any work.
My remote or app won't control everything
No problem — we set things up so one remote or app runs the whole system, and we can get yours working the same way.
Do you provide the equipment or just install?
Either way — you can provide the gear, or we can help you pick it out and supply it. The installer will go over both with you.
Do you do whole-home / multi-room audio?
Yes — we can put audio throughout the house, room by room or all at once, indoors and out. We'll design it around what you want.
Do you do businesses / restaurants / offices?
We do — we handle both homes and businesses, from a conference room to a whole restaurant's sound. Just tell us what you need.
What's your warranty / guarantee?
We stand behind our work — the installer will go over the exact warranty on the labor and equipment when he's there.
Do you offer financing / payment options?
That's a good question — let me have the office confirm the current payment options and we'll go over them with you.

We're local and cover your area — I'll grab your address and get an installer headed your way.
